The 2022 DiverCity runs from through 7:00pm. March Madness Marching Band will kick off the day’s entertainment at 11:45am!
Later that afternoon, look for the information booth we’re sharing with the dancers of Mecca Live Studio and Gallery.

We are extremely excited to announce that on April 30, 2022 the DiverCity Festival will return to downtown, Lexington! The DiverCity Festival aims to educate, embrace, and celebrate the multitude of cultures that enrich the city of Lexington. This event is family-friendly and consists of live entertainment, food, drinks, and opportunities to interact with our community.
The 2019 DiverCity Festival featured more than 70 booths, 45 cultural performances, and over 15 food vendors. Due to COVID-19, the festival was unable to return for 2020 and 2021.
This celebration originated as a Leadership Lexington project backed by the Lexington Chamber of Commerce. The event continues to be organized and hosted by a Board of Volunteers who originated from the Leadership Lexington program – a group of individuals motivated to make a positive impact our community.
